Frank Allen
Director
Frank Allen is the founding partner of Allens Accounting & Advisory Pty Ltd. Frank has developed a large bank of experience and specialist expertise relating to corporate and structuring matters, taxation in all aspects within Australia (State, Federal, etc), property development, negotiations, superannuation fund establishment and management—as well as major project management, general advising and business valuation work. Frank has experience in acting as an independent expert for court cases involving economic loss.
Jacob Allen
Director
Jacob Allen has over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry. Jacobs’ areas of expertise are in income taxation planning and management (including international, superannuation, companies trusts and individuals), structuring, asset protection, payroll tax, cash flow management, audit and assurance, external board advisory services, business evaluation and Wine Equalisation Tax (WET)—for a wide variety of clients.
Andrina Allen
Manager
Andrina Allen is a qualified accountant with over 10 years of experience assisting and supporting clients with corporate secretarial and compliance matters. Andrina combines both these areas of expertise to provide the most comprehensive service. Her goal is to ensure we can seamlessly manage tax planning, assisting with establishment of new business structures, and ensuring our clients meet their reporting obligations.
